I’m Emily McDonald, a proud northern girl who turned a passion for people into a thriving HR consultancy. With a Level 7 CIPD qualification, a background in employment law, and qualified mediator, I bring a wealth of expertise to every project.
After building a thriving consultancy in my home office Em-Powered HR has grown into a national consultancy with a team of dedicated consultants covering all specialisms and continuing to help businesses bridge the gap between operational needs and a genuine understanding of their workforce.
With over 15 years of experience, I specialise in crafting tailored HR solutions that prioritise inclusivity, collaboration, and people-focused results.
